  • All teams age U12-U19 will have TWO ice times each week.
  • Fun 1, 2 and 3 teams will have the opportunity to register for additional development opportunities. Details to follow.
  • Full time goalies in U12-U19 play for free.
  • FUN 3 and Open 18 + full time goalies are eligible for a 50% discount. 

 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The Sunderland Ringette Association is looking forward to another great season of Ringette.  

This season we will operate out of the Sunderland Memorial Arena and The Rick MacLeish Memorial Community Centre in Cannington.

The SRA is working hard on finalizing ice times and location with the Township of Brock for the 26/27 season.

All above fees include Ringette Ontario fees, insurance, LORL fees (regional teams), GLRL fees (provincial teams), referee fees and milage, minor officials, development, operational costs and ice costs. Team fees may apply. 

Team formation is subject to registration numbers and the SRA reserves the right to change the offering of Regional Teams for 2026/2027 based on viability. 

50% deposit is due at time of registration and remaining Balance due by October 1st, 2026.

**Please note if full payment is not received by October 1st, 2026 a $50.00 late fee will be applied.**

Respect in Sport certificate number is REQUIRED to complete registration through RAMP. For instructions on how to complete the program click HERE

FUN1/FUN2 age brackets are for guidance only. Assessments will occur at the start of the program in order to create a skill-based grouping as recommended by Ringette Ontario. *FUN2 league game scheduling subject to Ringette Ontario approval. 

FUN3, U12, U14B, U16B & U19B teams will be invited to participate in the LORL Regional Championship Event. This event and any other tournaments that teams attend will be additional expense to be funded separately by the team and decided on a team by team basis. Please note The U12’s will be added into the LORL Championships there will not be a separate event this season. Please stay tuned for further details. 

U14A,U16A & U19A are expected to participate in tournaments (local and away) including (2/3 RO has not stipulated yet) qualifying tournaments between November 1st, 2026 and February 28th, 2027

Provincial Championship event will NOT be all-inclusive event teams must qualify.

Open 18+ - team will participate in the LORL Open League, will have 10 home games and 10 away games. Tournaments and year end event are to be organized at a team level. 

Please note for the 26/27 season - 

Any practices missed due to circumstances beyond the teams control - such as a statutory holiday or a game scheduled during your scheduled practice time, will be re-scheduled before the end of the current season.

If the team chooses to participate in an activity ie - tournaments, exhibition game etc that conflicts with a scheduled practice, it will be up to the coach to arrange an alternative solution, whether by switching with another team or relinquishing the practice slot. In the event of teams switching practice times an email must be submitted to the ice scheduler to inform them of the switch. The Ice Scheduler will update the switch on RAMP.

Practice time will not be made up in the event of the team cancelling practice due to weather, coach illness or lack of player attendance.

All ice allocations are up to the discretion of the Sunderland Ringette Association, and can be changed or modified at anytime during the current season.

*Ice times subject to approval by the Township of Brock. SRA reserves the right to modify or change the above programs.

DISCOUNTS & REFUNDS:

 - Full time goalies in U12-U19 play for free this season.

-  FUN3 and Open 18 + full time goalies are eligible for a 50% discount of their respective team registration fee. Goalies must supply their own equipment and be full time for the entire season.

 - Multi-child discount: $25.00 per additional child after first player registration (applies only to FUN3 through U19).

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be given with written requests prior to September 1st, 2026Please submit your request by email to Stingerzpresident@gmail.com. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for processing from the time of notification.

After September 1st 2026 there is a $95 processing fee for refunds to cover the Ringette Ontario fees. Any refund requests after the deadlines must be accompanied by medical documentation. Refunds remain at the discretion of the SRA. Team Fee refunds are handled at the team level. 

26/27 Season Fundraising information: 

As per Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario regulations, we are required to collect the fundraising fee separately from the rest of the registration fee.

Each player is required to pay a fundraising fee of $60. (there is no buy out option this season). The $60 fundraising fee is for raffle tickets - raffle date still to be determined.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR FUNDRAISING FEE UNTIL YOU HAVE HEARD FROM YOUR TEAM MANAGER ONCE THE SEASON HAS STARTED. 

More information regarding the raffle (dates, how to pay and when to pay) will be send out by your team managers once the season has started. Once you sell your raffle tickets you will make your $60 back. 

The above fundraising fees are mandatory Association fundraiser for the 26/27 season. Team fundraisers are separate as well as provincial team fees.

Please make sure when registering your player that your personal email is correct and if you wish to have your players second contact on the email list that you add them during your players registration.
