Please note that Pre-registration is NOT required to attend the AGM, however, we kindly ask that you pre-register for this event to ensure that the facility and meeting can be set up appropriately.

Board Positions up for Election:

VICE PRESIDENT - 1 year Term 

SECRETARY -  1 year Term to fill vacancy 

TREASURER - 3 year Term 

DIRECTOR of ICE SCHEDULING - 2 year Term

DIRECTOR of EQUIPMENT AND APPAREL - 2year Term

DIRECTOR of COMMUNICATIONS AND MEDIA  - 1 year term to fill vacancy  

DIRECTOR of FUNDRAISING AND SPONSORSHIP  - 1 year Term 

DIRECTOR at LARGE (2 positions available) - 1 year Term
