2026-2027 Player Intent Form

For the 2026-2027 season, all athletes wishing to tryout for U14-U19 A and AA are required to complete the intent to tryout form by March 16, 2026. Please complete one form for each athlete in your family.

*Athletes wanting to tryout for A/AA teams will not be allowed to participate in any tryout session without having completed the online form

The intent to tryout form is designed to assist Ringette Ontario in determining team hosts/allocation for A/AA teams for the 2026-2027 season. Please note that at this time, no decisions have been made regarding host associations for any divisions/levels.
